Active Yoga

Hour long active yoga sessions are geared for participants looking for a challenging environment to develop strength, balance, flexibility and enhanced cognitive function. Participants of this course must be able to get up and down off the floor easily. Participants who sustain their practice over time can expect to develop both mental and physical strength, improve well-being and build community. Bring a mat and dress comfortably. Advanced level.
