Learn and master specific yoga postures that support overall quality of life by promoting bone health. Participants will be given the background information on research related to the selected poses, taught how to modify poses as needed, and guided through the full yoga sequence. Session 1 will include a brief lecture followed by an introduction to the poses. Sessions 2 and 3 will include the full yoga sequence practice. A resource packet will be sent to all participants who complete the series. Class will include standing, seated and lying postures. This is a virtual class.
