Strength training improves tone, stamina and balance, while reducing the symptoms of diabetes, osteoporosis and depression. In this class you will learn techniques that can improve arthritis and will aid in falls prevention. Using light hand weights and resistance bands, you will improve muscle tone and strength! All equipment provided. Beginner/Intermediate Level.
