Let’s take it to the floor! Getting down on the floor allows for more control, stability, and better movement form due to ground feedback to your body positions. This 30-minute workout will focus on strengthening your entire core (back, abs, hips, pelvis and shoulders!). Core strength and stability is vital for everyday movement and functional health. You must be able to get up and down from the floor without help, and be able to tolerate movements on your back, stomach, side and on all fours. Please bring a yoga mat. Advanced beginner to experienced fitness levels. This is a virtually class.
