Aromatherapy, the use of essential oils from various parts of plants, has been used for centuries as an adjunct to traditional health care modalities. You will learn about the various properties of commonly used oils and ways to “use” them to ease stress, anxiety, and depression, improve mood and sleep, and enhance memory and overall well-being. Each participant will experience how to blend oils using some recipes and leave with a sample of their favorite from what’s provided. This is a Live only event.
