This low-impact, low-intensity workout focuses on balance and easy movement exercises to improve range of motion and activities of daily living. Skill level: All levels. Facilitator: Keswick Staff. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
Dates: Wednesdays Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Series 1: April 5, 12, 19, 26 Fee: $20 members/$40 non-members – The Fee includes ALL dates listed for this series.
