An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until October 25, 2022
Yoga means union. Members will practice uniting movement, breathing, and meditation without the need for moving up and down from the floor to a seated or standing position. Yoga promotes balance, flexibility, and relaxation mentally and physically. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
