Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. Core on the Floor
October 5 @ 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm$20 – $40
Let’s take it to the floor! Getting down on the floor allows for more control, stability, and better movement form due to ground feedback to your body positions. This 30-minute workout will focus on strengthening your entire core (back, abs, hips, pelvis, and shoulders!). Core strength and stability is vital for everyday movement and functional health. You must be able to get up and down from the floor without help and be able to tolerate movements on your back, stomach, side and on all fours. Yoga mat is needed. Advanced Beginner to Experienced fitness levels. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
