An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Friday, repeating until May 26, 2023
A full-body workout designed to increase endurance, strength, and balance, while also enhancing your independence and everyday activities. Occasional aerobic and floor-work exercises. Recommended Equipment: Weights, resistance band, non-rolling chair, and a yoga mat. Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate level. Facilitator: Marissa Walch. This is a Virtual only event.
