A full-body workout designed to increase endurance, strength, and balance, while also enhancing your independence and everyday activities. Occasional aerobic and floor-work exercises. Exercises may be seated. Beginner/Intermediate Level. Recommended Equipment: Weights, resistance band, non-rolling chair, and a yoga mat. Facilitator: Marissa Walch
