Ease into the weekend with some gentle stretching and guided relaxation intended to relieve tension from the body and mind. Like other forms of meditation, guided relaxation can support cognitive, emotional, and physiological well-being. No experience is required. A yoga mat or comfortable non-rolling chair is needed. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
