Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until February 23, 2023
This class unites breathing and a sequence of 10 yoga poses closing with a calming heart-centered meditation to support a heart-healthy lifestyle. Exercises will be done standing, seated, and lying. Equipment needed: yoga mat and non-rolling chair. Facilitator: Tanya Taylor. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.

Fee: $20 members/$40 non-members
