Busy mind? Racing thoughts? No problem – everyone can meditate! Research continues to show the profound effects of meditation on physical, mental, and emotional health. Practice a variety of techniques that include mindfulness, compassion, and moving meditation practices. All levels of experience welcome! Facilitators: Wise & Well Staff.
