Focusing on the present can have a positive impact on mental health and well-being. Practice four different mindfulness techniques to soothe anxiety and depression using observational, focused, heart-centered, and moving meditations to promote a sense of clarity and calm.   Facilitator: Tanya Taylor. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
