Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. Mindful Eating

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely

Before you lose a pound, gain an insight. What we think about food, our relationship with it, and how we learned to eat from others along with our beliefs, behaviors, and habits not only shape how we feel about ourselves, but also our relationship between eating and our bodies. These peer-based group discussions will explore eating psychology, food issues, weight, and body image to help you gain better relationship with yourself and your eating. This is a Virtual and Call event.
