Ditch the diet and choose mindful eating. Learn how mindful eating can help you gain control of your eating habits, increase self-acceptance, and tune into your body’s needs. Become more aware of your hunger cues and how to incorporate principles of mindfulness into your daily meals. Understand common mindless eating habits and how to overcome them. Facilitator: Skylar Moore. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
