Qigong uses movement to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit with the goal of improving and maintaining health and wellbeing. The practice introduces the participant to Sheng Zhen meaning unconditional love, which opens the heart, strengthens the body, and calms the mind. Skill Level: All levels. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
