An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Thursday, repeating until May 25, 2023
Qigong uses movement to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. The practice introduces the participant to Sheng Zhen meaning unconditional love, which opens the heart, strengthens the body, and calms the mind. Skill level: All levels. Facilitator: Pamela Tanton. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
