Qigong is a beautiful moving meditation practice like Tai Chi. The practice method used introduces the participant to Sheng Zhen, which means Unconditional Love. This fitness practice is good for beginners! Facilitator: Pamela Tanton Thursdays, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
