Have questions? Need support? A group session on how you can navigate over, under and through some of the barriers that are in your way, preventing you from having better days. These may include personal motivation, reliable transportation, health issues, access to healthy foods, housing issues, or any number of things. No matter where you live or what your resources may be, there are tips and tricks to help get you where you want to go. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
