An event every week that begins at 12:15 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 25, 2022
Get a full-body stretch using movements that increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, improve balance, and strengthen your core. Exercises will be done standing, seated, kneeling, and lying. You must be able to get down onto the floor for parts of this energizing, all–levels class. Equipment needed: yoga mat and non–rolling chair. Facilitators: Tanya Taylor & Serina McEntire. Wednesdays, 12:15 pm – 12:45 pm. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
