An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until October 25, 2022
Get a full body stretch using movements that increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, improve balance, and strengthen your core. Exercises will be done standing, seated, kneeling, and lying. You must be able to get down onto the floor for parts of this invigorating, all-levels class. Equipment needed: yoga mat and non-rolling chair. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
