Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. The Shoulders We Stand On: An Introduction to the Fighters for Woman’s Suffrage in Maryland

This presentation documents the efforts to achieve the right of women to vote in Maryland and the United States. Learn about the teamwork, strategy, and some of the conflicts within the government to give support for voter rights. Unique artifacts and photographs from the Pratt Library Woman Suffrage Collection will showcase the suffragists’ efforts for the right to vote for both women and men. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
