Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. Wellness Check–ins

An event every month that begins at 10:00 am on day 1 of the month, repeating until June 1, 2022
Join us monthly for a mini health checkup! Monitoring your vital signs regularly is an important step in maintaining good health. Health assessments will include weight, blood pressure, and other health status markers. This is also a great time to ask questions about preparing for an upcoming doctor’s visit, nutrition, exercise, or other health concerns.
