Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. Writing for Wellness

We all have habits of thought: inner critics, repetitive thoughts, past traumas, or stress that we’re still wrestling with. Writing for Wellness has been scientifically proven to improve mental health, regulate blood pressure, strengthen our immune systems, and improve sleep. We will discuss two approaches to writing: stream of consciousness to get beyond our inner critic and reconnect with our creativity, and expressive/emotional writing to process stressful events. This is not about becoming a better writer; it is about connecting with yourself. This is a Live event.
