An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 30, 2022
This yoga practice links the breath to movement to create strength, balance, flexibility and enhanced cognitive function. Seated, standing, lying, and floor exercises will be performed. All levels are welcome. Yoga mat is needed. Facilitator: Tanya Taylor.
Series 1: August 2, 9, 23, 30 (No Class 8/16) Time: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Fee: $20 members/$40 non-members
