This exciting strength training class will keep you healthy and strong through the holiday season. Using light hand weights and resistance bands, members will improve muscle tone and strength. No aerobics or floor-work. Exercises will be seated and standing. Beginner/ Intermediate Level. This class will be offered virtually.
