This series will provide you the tools to eat healthier, to move more, to manage stress and to understand your emotions so you can more effectively reduce risk factors and continue to do the activities you enjoy! *Upon completion of this course, all completer will receive a certificate and a Wise & Well punch-card for Fitness Equipment!
