Laughter Yoga

Looking to bring more joy and laughter into your life? Feeling stressed, depressed, isolated or just not yourself? Barbara Palmer (“Courageous Diva,”) a certified Laughter Yoga Leader, will lead this simple and enjoyable exercise that combines deep breathing with laughter. It has been shown to lower stress levels, improve mood, improve the immune system, increase oxygen in the body and improve overall quality of life. All you need to do is chuckle! This is a virtual class.
