This 16-week program is designed for people with pre-diabetes but is beneficial for anyone who wants to lose weight, manage weight, or just make healthier choices. The program focuses on healthier eating, weight loss/weight management and increased activity. Each week a new topic is presented by a trained lifestyle coach followed by group discussion.
