Diabetes is a chronic ongoing condition that requires daily monitoring. This course provides valuable information and tools that can help you manage your diabetic symptoms to avoid complications, so you can live well and continue to do the activities you enjoy. You will learn about healthy eating, physical activity, managing stress and difficult emotions. This interactive workshop will also provide peer-to-peer support as you learn tangible actions that you can take to help you manage your diabetes while still doing the things you love. This is a six-week series. This is a virtual class.
