Busy mind? Racing thoughts? No problem—everyone can meditate! Research continues to show the profound effects of meditation on physical, mental, and emotional health.  In this workshop series participants will practice a variety of techniques that include mindfulness, compassion, and moving meditation practices. All levels of experience welcome! This class is virtual.
