This beginner/intermediate level exercise class is designed to reduce the risk of falling by building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving balance. This workout includes a warm-up, aerobic, strength, balance and cool-down stretching. Weights, a resistance band, and a fluffy pillow (or squishy kids kickball) recommended for this class. This is a live class.
