Mindful Movement

Learn to move away from old habits of movements to create newfound freedom in the body while calming the nervous system. You can do this by simply incorporating yoga and somatic movements into your daily routine. Members need to be able to get down and up from the floor or the willingness/ability to try.  You may register for one or more of the series offered. Beginner/ Intermediate Level.
