Want to age well? Aging does not have to be a downward spiral! This gentle movement class, based on the Feldenkrais Method, can work to ensure that you don’t lose your physical abilities as well as resolving poor movement habits that you may have been able to get away with when younger. All you need is a chair, preferably without arms, and comfortable clothes. This is a virtual class.
