This class is comprised of agile footwork and upright posture that promotes balance. Slow efficient movements bring a calming effect to both mind and body. Participants will challenge mind and body by practicing new movements and improving coordination. Proper breathing is emphasized while moving to improve joint health. Beginner/Intermediate level. This is a live/virtual class.
