Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance (TJQMBB) is a research-based balance training program designed to assist participants with balance improvements and reduce the risk of falls. This course blends traditional tai chi with science-based methods of improving balance and lower body strength. Participants will meet twice weekly for six months (48 classes). Two-way visualization is required; participants will need to have cameras on during this virtual class. A non-rolling chair without arms is required, along with enough safe space to practice the movements. This is a virtual class.
