Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. In this class you will build internal stability and adaptability. Participants will be introduced to breath work with seated and standing postures; modifications will be used including blocks, straps and chairs. All levels are welcome!
