Weekly Unwind

Has it been a long week? Need to unwind? This yoga and meditation class will get your body moving thru active yoga flow poses accompanied by meditative practices to still and soothe your mind.  This is the perfect combination of work and relaxation! Class will include seated, standing and lying poses. Modifications will be given as needed. All levels welcome.

Series 1: Date: Thursdays, March 4, 11, 18, 25                   Time: 4:30 – 5:30 pm

Fee:  $20 members/$40 non-members

Series 2: Date: Thursdays, April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29        Time: 4:30 – 5:30 pm

Fee:  $25 members/$50 non-members
