
Writing for Wellness has been scientifically proven to improve mental health, regulate blood pressure, strengthen our immune systems and improve sleep. We will discuss two approaches to writing: stream of consciousness to get beyond our inner critic and reconnect with our creativity, and expressive/emotional writing to process stressful events. This is not about becoming a better writer; it is about connecting with yourself. This is virtual class.
