This invigorating, community–oriented dance fitness workshop is based on Latin and International dance styles. Think of it as exercise with a party atmosphere! Move at your own speed, using dance moves to improve balance, range of motion and coordination. We will get you in step so you can bust a move and have a great dance experience. All fitness levels welcome.
