We’re excited to share that Community for Life℠ at Keswick is now Home & Healthy®! This new membership-based program helps older adults in Baltimore stay connected, safe and well in their own homes. Through one coordinated program, members gain access to personal guidance from a Keswick service navigator who connects them to local & trusted resources and services to help support them in the community.
Whether you’re an older adult, a caregiver, or a professional who supports aging clients — Home & Healthy® makes it easy to find trusted help that meets you where you live.
