A free six-week series helping caregivers manage stress, strengthen self-care, communicate effectively, and find support.Caregiving is meaningful work, but it can also be emotionally and physically exhausting. You do not have to navigate it alone. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a free, evidence-based six-week program designed to help caregivers reduce stress, build confidence, strengthen self-care habits, and connect with practical resources and support. Throughout the series, participants will explore tools for: Managing caregiver stressImproving communicationNavigating difficult emotionsSetting healthy boundariesMaking time for self-careAccessing helpful community resourcesWhether you are caring for a spouse, parent, partner, friend, or another family member, this program offers practical guidance, encouragement, and connection with people who understand the caregiving experience. Six-week program schedule The group meets every Wednesday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM: August 26September 2September 9September 16September 23September 30All sessions will be held at the Keswick Wise & Well Center for Healthy Living. Important registration information One registration enrolls you in the complete six-week series. Because each session builds on the previous week, participants should plan to attend all six sessions.
