As one of the first not-for-profit institutions of its kind in the country, Keswick has enjoyed a rich history of philanthropy for 140 years. Keswick is a community care organization rooted in its mission to serve the people of Baltimore and dedicated to improving the experience of aging.
Your gift will be used to support the work we do as a trusted resource in aging, on campus and beyond, providing innovative programs and services to meet the growing demand for supporting older adults.
All gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
As we reflect on the many people who have contributed to Keswick in so many ways for more than a century, we are grateful for your support.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss your gift, please contact Stephanie Martin, Communications & Development Manager, 410-662-4366 or martins@choosekeswick.org.
Thank you for considering Keswick as a beneficiary of your generosity.

Unrestricted Gifts
Unrestricted gifts make an immediate difference where they are needed most. These gifts support an array of activities for those in our care, including an internet café, gardening activities, interactive art studio and special events such as guest lectures and musical performances.
Bequests
Using simple language, you can leave a part of your estate to Keswick Multi-Care in your will. You can direct your gift to a particular program area, leave specific assets to Keswick Multi-Care in general or leave a portion of your estate as a whole. If you have already named Keswick Multi-Care as a beneficiary, please notify us so that we may honor your gift and acknowledge your generosity.
Gift Annuities
Charitable gift annuities allow you to make a contribution to Keswick in exchange for a fixed income for life, based on your age and rates, with the remainder going to Keswick after your lifetime. These gifts give you the satisfaction of making a significant gift that benefits you now and Keswick later, and there may be substantial tax benefits.
