Where can I buy groceries at stores with less crowds?

GIANT - 60+ and individuals with critical health issues other than the Coronavirus will have an hour to shop from 6:00 am to 7:00 am

Dollar General - stores have dedicated the first hour of each day to seniors looking to shop without large crowds

Target - Seniors and people with health issues are allowed to shop an hour before the stores open on Wednesday mornings

Whole Foods - Serve customers 60+ an hour before opening for the general public

Safeway - Reserving stores from 6:00 am - 9:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays for customers who need to shop away from crowds

Where can I get prepared meals?

If you are a current participant at a senior center or congregate meal site, call your center to reserve a boxed meal that will be available for pick up. If you are not a participant, call the Maryland Food Bank at (410) 737-8282 or visit www.FoodPantries.org.
