Have you experienced a slip, trip, or fall that has shaken your confidence or left you with the fear of falling or, worse yet, resulted in injury? You understand that the threat of a fall is often a “game changer” and can be a barrier to doing activities you enjoy at home and in your community. This fall-prevention course provides opportunities to increase awareness to reduce your risk of falling by improving strength and balance, evaluating home hazards, and medication management to live well at home and in your community. This is a 7-week series produced by the Wisconsin Institute for Healthy Aging Curriculum. (Note: No class on 5/26/2025)
