Your organization has partnered with Ceca Foundation to help celebrate the exceptional acts of care team members like you provide to those you serve. And we believe strongly that all team members play an important role in providing exceptional service.
The Ceca Award is simple. It provides a platform for you, your teammates, and the cared for community, to share acts of kindness, compassion and teamwork that inspire or impact them each day. Team members who participate and are recognized become eligible for the following:
- $50 Best Nominator Prize, given to one nominator each award cycle.
- $250 Ceca Award Honoree, given to one teammate each award cycle.
- $2,500 Annual Award, presented to select Honorees from Ceca partner facilities across the country each year.
By taking a little time to tell the stories of those who go above and beyond, you’ll help emphasize our shared commitment to compassionate caregiving, reinforce acts that profoundly impact the quality of care, and improve the experience of those we serve.
- Confirm your HR department has your email or mobile phone number on file to create your account. (An email address you check regularly is recommended.)
- Once an account is made, you’ll receive an email or text to register and set a password.
- Visit www.CecaAward.org or download the Ceca Award App to nominate a teammate.
