Baltimore, MD (January 22, 2025): Keswick is pleased to announce the completion of Phase 1 of its multi-year capital transformation, modernizing infrastructure and redesigning campus spaces. Renovated spaces in the North and South Lower-Level offer more accessible and inviting spaces to improve the experience for everyone within the Keswick community:
- Keswick Café Redesign: The Café features an updated, light-filled dining experience for all… residents, guests, visitors, and team members, including new plug-in, garden-facing, counter-seating.
- Human Resources adjacent to Café: With easy access to information and supports for employee well-being, Keswick’s newly redesigned human resources space neighbors the Café.
- Campus Sustainability Initiative: Comprehensive recycling will be fully operational across campus, strengthening Keswick’s commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability.
- Cognitive & Caregiver Resource Center Debut: This dedicated space connects the community – people of all ages – to comprehensive resources to support brain health and cognitive function. Programming begins April 2025.
“This transformational project represents our unwavering dedication to a more supportive community, for all of us, creating better days for those who choose Keswick as a place to work, learn and grow,” said Aileen McShea Tinney, President and CEO of Keswick.
Upcoming phases will transform long-term care areas and include new gathering spaces, along with plans for memory care assisted living. “Looking ahead, in 2026 we will conclude the next phase of this transformational project, as we celebrate our 100th year on this campus. We are investing in this community for decades to come. Keswick is here to stay.”
