Keswick COVID-19 Update

Keswick COVID-19 Update

May 11, 2023

Updated Visitor Policy:

The Biden Administration announced that the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) expired on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Keswick has updated our visitor policy to align with the conclusion of the public health emergency.

Keswick is no longer updating the active case numbers on our website. Active cases, the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic, and other COVID-19-related numbers are available by calling the Keswick front desk at 410-235-8860.

Keswick remains open for visitation.

Visitors and staff are no longer required to complete kiosk screening upon entry to the building.
Visitors must continue to check in at the front desk before visiting loved ones or other areas of the campus.

Masking for visitors and residents is now optional in all spaces. Keswick continues to encourage everyone to mask according to their personal wishes. Disposable surgical masks will continue to be available at our front desk upon request.

Employees will continue to mask while providing direct patient care or facilitating resident group activities.
Masking is optional for employees in all other settings.

We request that you:

  • Do not visit if you are sick or experiencing flu or cold-like symptoms;
  • Do not visit if you are positive for COVID-19 until your isolation period has ended;
  • Practice good hand hygiene, including frequent washing and/or using hand sanitizer.

While rapid testing is not required before visiting a loved one, tests are available at the front desk, by request.

Pet Policy

Pets continue to be welcome on the Keswick Campus. All pets must be registered with security and have up-to-date vaccinations and paperwork on file with Keswick. No pet will be allowed in the building without the required paperwork. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.

Food Delivery

Families may have food delivered to the campus for residents. All payments must be arranged prior to delivery.
