A full-body workout designed to increase endurance, strength, and balance, while also enhancing your independence and everyday activities. The first half of the class will be using weights and the second half of the class will be stretching the entire body while creating more flexibility and mobility in the body. Aerobic and floor-work included. Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate Level. Recommended Equipment: Weights, resistance band, non-rolling chair, and a yoga mat. Facilitator: Skylar Moore. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
