The American Lung Association’s Better Breathers Club connects people with lung conditions such as asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, and emphysema to education, support, and resources. Learn better ways to cope with lung disease while getting support from others through a fun and stimulating combination of guest speakers, problem solving discussions, movement, and social activities. This support group will give you the tools to stay active, healthy, and living your best life. Facilitators: Dr. Serina McEntire, PhD and Angie Gentile. This is a Live only event.
